Meet Emily
I grew up on a small farm in Winterset, where my parents, Mike and Teresa Hoffelmeyer taught me the values of hard work, kindness, and respect. My dad was a shop teacher in Van Meter for 35 years, and my mom ran an in-home daycare and worked at our church. Their dedication to community service shaped my commitment to showing up for others and making our county a better place.
With nearly five years in the Auditor's office, I've worked hard to uphold competency and integrity. As a proud mother of two, I am dedicated to ensuring our community thrives under fair and capable leadership. I hope to have a chance to meet you, answer your questions, and earn your support.
